Undefeated WBO #7, WBA #9, IBF #9 heavyweight Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller (18-0-1, 16 KOs) scored a third round TKO over veteran Fred Kassi (18-6-1, 10 KOs) on Friday night at the outdoor Rhinos Stadium in Rochester, NY. The 296.5 pound Miller broke down Kassi with body shots for three rounds and Kassi stayed in his corner after round three citing an injury to his right hand.

Lightweight “Rock Hard Mighty” Mason Menard (32-1, 24 KOs) scored a punishing ninth round KO over Bahodir “Baha” Mamadjonov (18-3, 11 KOs). Mamadjonov’s awkward southpaw style frustrated Menard, until Menard dropped Mamadjonov twice in round seven. Menard finished him in round nine. Referee Steve Smoger waved it off as Mamadjonov collapsed to the canvas. Time was 2:26. Menard claimed the vacant NABO title.

Undefeated welterweight knockout artist Bakhtiyar Eyubov (11-0, 10 KOs) scored a razor-thin ten round split decision over Karim Mayfield (19-4-1, 11 KOs). With distain for Mayfield’s power, the raw Eyubov waded in looking to exchange. Mayfield at times was happy to oblige and outworked Eyubov late. Eyubov was deducted a point for a low blow in round eight. Scores were 95-94, 95-94 Eyubov, 95-94 Mayfield.

Unbeaten bantamweight Antonio Nieves (16-0-2, 8 KOs) and Alejandro Santiago (11-2-2, 3 KOs) battled to a ten round draw. Scores were 96-94 Nieves, 96-94 Santiago and 95-95. Nieves retains his WBO NABO title.
