Three world titles are on the line in the 154-pound division tonight on Showtime.
Tonight at 10:00 pm ET on Showtime, three world titles are on the line in the junior middleweight division, live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Erislandy Lara (24-2-2, 14 KO) will defend the WBA title against Terrell Gausha (20-0, 9 KO). It’s a big step up for Gausha, a former U.S. Olympian, the first significant test of his pro career, coming against one of the sport’s trickiest technicians.
Jermell Charlo (29-0, 14 KO) defends the WBC title against top prospect Erickson Lubin (18-0, 13 KO) in what may be the most interesting matchup of the three on paper.
Jarrett Hurd (20-0, 14 KO) will put his IBF title on the line against veteran and former titleholder Austin Trout (30-3, 17 KO) in the opener.
We’ll have live coverage of all three bouts, with Wil Esco handling the round-by-round duties. Join us for the second half of a long night of boxing!
